Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• Your item arrived damaged, or
• You received the wrong item (size, color, or style)

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at thecatsandthecoons@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

What Happens Next

• If eligible, we’ll offer you a replacement or store credit.
• A Full refunds are considered on a
  case-by-case basis.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
